Cookies are small values sent to the site by your browser. Local storage stays in that browser until removed. Netfleet uses the following first-party storage for sign-in, secure connections and preferences you select. Secure authentication cookie names may start with __Secure-; cached session values may be split into numbered chunks.
| Name / type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| better-auth.session_token · cookie | Keep you signed in | Up to 7 days, renewed with active use; session-only if not remembered |
| better-auth.session_data · cookie | Cache verified session information | 5 minutes; refreshed during use |
| better-auth.dont_remember · cookie | Respect a non-persistent sign-in | Browser session, when used |
| oauth_state · cookie | Secure a mailbox connection | 10 minutes; cleared on callback |
| mollie_state · cookie | Secure a payment-account connection | 10 minutes; cleared on callback |
| view:* · local storage | Remember your list or board choice | Until you clear site data |
| netfleet:analytics-consent · local storage | Remember your analytics choice | Valid for 180 days; overwritten on your next choice, removable in browser settings |
2. Optional audience measurement
If configured for this site, Plausible loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures website use without setting analytics cookies. Requests convey technical connection data to Plausible and can include the public page URL and device information; query strings, fragments and referrers are excluded. Cookieless does not mean that no data leaves your browser. Netfleet does not enable advertising pixels through this integration.
Choose Essential only to keep analytics off. Both choices leave the site available. Your choice is stored for this browser and origin; another device or domain may ask again. If analytics is not configured, there is no analytics request and no initial consent prompt.
3. Change your choice or clear storage
Use Cookie settings in the footer or below to allow or refuse analytics. Withdrawal stops further analytics events immediately; it does not undo previous lawful processing. The choice is renewed after 180 days. If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies only to the current page session and may be requested again.
Your browser’s site-data settings let you inspect or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking authentication cookies prevents sign-in; clearing site data resets saved preferences. Essential authentication and security storage is not controlled by the analytics choice.
4. External services
Netfleet is operated by JOPA Studio and hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure in the EU. A payment or mailbox connection may redirect you to a provider’s website with its own cookie and privacy policy. Additional optional storage or tracking is not activated merely by accepting the service terms: we update this notice and obtain any required prior consent before introducing it. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@jopa.studio.
